Operational programs

Examples of how the control center adapts to seasons, risk geography, and en-route events—drawn from live journey management practice.

Seasonal journey planning

During winter or storms we reinforce driver awareness with notifications: check brakes after standing water, reduce speed, and increase following distance.

Ramadan and high-risk areas

Targeted driving plans for exceptional periods, plus additional approvals and assessments where routes carry higher driving or security risk.

En-route intervention

Critical alerts such as harsh braking, overspeeding, panic alarms, no-go zones, and accidents flow to the center where operators intervene; major events trigger structured emergency response and post-incident analysis.
